This is a must ! I have introduced this to my family and family has all introduced to their friends and we can all agree it helps us sleep so well! To the point you get vivid dreams . I don't know when i slept so hard to where i get dreams .You don't feel groggy the next day too ! I am on my 3rd bottle and can honestly say i cant live with out it cause i have bad insomnia . Usually i have a hard time sleeping and when i do fall asleep i wake up 2-3 times a night . Highly recommend .
