Over all good charger
The charger is very useful and handy device that is a must for all electro-tecys hence I recommend it. The batteries i received with the charger unit did not give a very good battery life. Durability of the battery charger is good but slightly hard to insert and remove AA type batteries, but it's a good advantage that you can also insert AAA batteries and that too much more easily. Overall the charger is value for money where as the batteries are i think old and worn out already.

Too basic for practical use
The price is good and does the job of charging. But has a couple of drawbacks that make me think I should have paid a little more and got a better one. Here are three shortcomings:1. No full charge indicator: By far the biggest drawback is that charger doesn't tell you when the batteries are fully charged. This can result in under or overcharging. Both are bad for different reasons.2. Pin not foldable: The charging unit is portable, but since the power pin doesn't fold, it's hard to carry in the bag.3. Difficult to place and remove batteries. Had to bring a strong metal piece to yank the battery out. Poor design.

VERY VERY BAD CIRCUIT
Purchased on 15/05/2019. Today 0n 12/12/2024, I am reviewing as the charger was not working. As I opened the charger, to my surprise I found that it has very few basic components in it, only two diodes with 4 resistances and connecting leaves for cell. No Zenor nor filtering components in it. PCB also pathetic, connecting leaves got burnt and thats why it was not working. LED lights installed doesn't lit. I strongly condemned the circuit, even very mobile charger is far better than this. I think, the person who knows only step- down transformer, diode, PCB and resistance has designed it, he must not know about uses of Zenor, filtering circuit, over charge protection. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMEND IT.

SUITABLE FOR CAMERAS 📷
IT IS VERY GOOD & I ORDERED IT FOR MY NIKON COOLPIX L29 CAMERA . BUT IT IS HEATING THE PRODUCT IS SAY THAT IT DO NOT HEAT . WHEN THE CELLS CHARGING IS FULL THE LED LIGHTS ARE NOT CHANGING IN GREEN & NOT OFFING SO WE CANNOT KNOW THAT THE CELLS CHARGING IS FULL OR NOT
