Very impressed by the speed at which this extracts water from the air! It filled up in 5 days, baring in mind it’s switched off a few hours a day whilst I open the window. This is exactly what I needed as my bedroom has quite a severe damp problem, mold was growing back pretty much daily, and although I still have to spray a few spots here and there with bleach spray this dehumidifier really keeps it at bay. You can tell even just from the smell and feel of the room that this has reduced the damp it used to be musty and genuinely felt humid!! I am so pleased and impressed with this product, I will likely buy more for the rest of my house which isn’t nearly as bad as my bedroom but now I know how well it works I will definitely invest in more.It’s also incredibly easy and efficient to empty, it’s a light product overall meaning it’s easy to move around and also isn’t too big so can fit in most places.I enjoy the multicolour light function and usually keep mine on as an ambient light but these can be easily switched off too, it also turns to a constant red light when it needs to be emptied which is very handy and easy to recognise.In terms of sound, it is a little loud if you have it near the bed, I have only tried it at “full blast” even during the night time as I find sweating during the night time exasperates the damp problem therefore I’m unsure how much quieter it is if it’s on it’s night time function. However in saying this I keep it about a metre or so from the foot of my bed and I can hardly hear it.I got this product for I believe £33, and I think that is fantastic value as I have another similar dehumidifier in my kitchen that I paid £50 for, and I think this one is more efficient - if I had to I would pay £50 for this so to me £33 is a bargain.Overall an extremely efficient, low profile product that has made a huge difference in my home.

Never had a dehumidifier before so wasn't sure how effective a small one would be. Got it for the bathroom as I had a long slow leak that ran under the vinyl from behind the sink pedestal and the chipboard flooring was very wet. Had about an inch of water in it after 24 hours which I think is very good considering its drawing it out of the floor. It continues to collect water after several days, so I'm happy with the purchase and value for money.

Works well for such a small item only problem is the plug does get warm after a couple of hours wondering if anyone has the same problem with this unit please let me know, waiting on reply from sellers about this matter

Bought worked for 4 weeks and has packed up. Web site indicated on Amazon comes up with a blank page, cannot contact supplier.Since my first comment, finally had a response, excellent, new replacement being sent free of charge. So all ends well.The product is excellent, so hope replacement gives longer use. Comes with 2 year warranty.

Gm humidifier home damp 1000 GMI just recieved my new humidifier and must say I am very pleased with the product ., I am happy with it for a variety of reasons , such as it being a small unit but covers a great area of space . I also suffer from Asthma and this product is perfect for using to minimise my Symptoms , it is very quiet and that enables me to get a great night sleep , the unit also has an automatic switch off .. what I am most impressed with the product is very reasonably priced but the quality of the dehumidifier is better than The very expensive units , also the instruction that came with it are very informative and easy to understand which will help me get to use it right away ..Overall I am very happy with the product and will be recommending my family members to also get one as soon as they can ..I give this product a 5 star ratingSo glad I chose it !

I am very impressed with this dehumidifier. Had a problem with the lounge window misting up and realised it was being caused by my vape! Makes sense, I’m puffing out water vapour! This item is simple to use, neat and quiet. No more misty windows here.
