YOU WON’T BE SORRY……
I had cable for over 20 years with pricing going up and channels becoming less. So I heard about streaming box and ITS THE BEST DECISION I could have made.Shipping was fast, instructions sent and customer service is there 24/7, I needed to ask a question and thought I would get an answer the next day, well they emailed me right back and checked backed with me to see if the issue was resolved. I’m enjoying the channels and it’s easy to navigate. No more monthly bills, picture quality is great, functionality is easy for anyone, I have had no freezing issues so far.

Easy to use
Getting it set up took a little time but, once working, I’m very impressed. This is not the first streaming option I’ve used but it’s by far the easiest to use, rarely buffers and has beautiful, clear video. Very happy so far. Also, it arrived sooner than expected.

More than you think
So far, 5 star. There's a little bump in the setup and the main menu screen disappears after it updates. As a work around, I go to tools from a black screen and then apps. From there, BANG!As far as what I am able to get....Yes!! I get that.What I don't get is huge monthly streaming bills

Expensive firestick
This came naked (no apps available ready to go). Google apps was there and worked but where was all the free stuff. BLUE TV didn't give me a username password as mentioned in the download? A good friend has this same model but he bought it a couple years ago and swears by it,, it came loaded with apps. I already have Roku and Firesticks. This thing is just an expensive toy I don't need. Unfortunately I pitched the boxes so won't be sending it back
