This is actually a really quality product. It has the perfect middle ground of shine. The clasp fits really well through the adjustment holes which is important so they don't wear prematurely. It's also decently flexible out of the box so it's comfortable from the start. The quality of the leather seems excellent to me.

Wonderful strap that looks SO much more expensive than the price implies. I even stuck the strap up to my nose when I thought I smelled nice Italian leather in the air. Sure enough it was the leather strap. This was the first time I ever smelled a strap, and it was wonderful. At 70, I have been a watch collector for decades, not years. In the past couple decades I have been collecting watches that are predominantly in excess of $10K. This strap was purchased for an 18K yellow gold Longines dress watch. The watch is originally sold with a semi- shine black Italian leather band. I wanted a brown band for versatility. This strap is absolutely as beautiful as the black, but less shiny. In my opinion the brown looked far nicer without the shine. I tried out this company on a suggestion from a friend that was also tired of paying $275 from a high end Swiss company that imports from Italy...so WOW, am I happy now

Nice band... a tad stiff when new, it limbers up in short order when worn a few days. It was simplicity itself to attach to the watch. I'm an adult male, and didn't think I had extraordinarily large wrists, but this barely fit using the very last notch, leaving very little to tuck into the tail retainer. If this had maybe another 1/2 - 3/4 inch length (with one additional notch), it would have rated a full five stars from me. It has a subtle grain to it, the natural cowhide texture, not embossed. It has a quiet, understated look of quality. This will be noticed as a more sophisticated band compared to plastic or rubber watchbands, something a real "adult" would wear. Probably not a great choice if you expect durability in harsh conditions (construction site, auto shop etc) or expect to get wet, but a solid contender for office work or socializing. It's a perfect compliment to my Seiko SNK809 automatic watch.

Great item, leather is super soft and the pins are easy to install.Item looks very durable and the color is just right as in the pictures.

I hard on watches and their bands. I have replaced the band on this watch multiple times as the last one got too beat up to get presentable again with leather polish. Right out of the box, this one felt like it was going to last longer.This was my first experience with included spring bars with a built in retraction lever. Though I had a tool and used it to more easily squeeze the leather of the band into the gap on the watch, the tool was not necessary, and this was easily the fastest and easiest watch band replacement I have ever done (including a few years at retail where watch bands were sold). In my experience, the pins were of suitable length and fit securely when using this properly sized band.

The band looks great with its own pen and easy install installation.

The packaging was incomplete. It's missing the link on the long band. Luckily I had an OEM 19mm link that I could use to make it work as shown in the picture. The leather is great though, very soft and comfortable wearing experience. Do a better packaging quality control please!
