The media could not be loaded. This mp3 player is great, it runs on play store/android so it will download anything from the play store, including kindle app, which is what I did, then I replaced the memory card with a larger one and put tons of music on it, it also supports wireless headphones, I’ve been playing music at work with just the speaker on the mp3 player and it’s okay, sound quality is better with headphones but… for the price this is a fantastic buy, I would purchase it again or for a child in lieu of a phone. Battery life is decent and supports a plug in charger or battery saver, I like that you can adjust the lighting settings so it’s easier to read my ebooks. The size is perfect, fits in your pocket, a small purse, hand. Easy to use, I’m an iPhone girly but the android operating system is not hard to navigate. Serves all my needs for music and reading.

I wanted a small mp3 player to play songs through my Bluetooth speaker while I used my phone to record a video. This thing is that, and more! I was surprised that I could watch YouTube videos, listen to audiobooks, and record audio with it. Unfortunately, it came with the wrong kind of charging cable (I received a micro USB B when it needs a USB C). I emailed customer service and they sent the correct cord in less than 3 days! I have yet to test the battery life. Bottom line, I like it and I think it is a good value for the price!

Everything was working well until I was trying out the USB-C cable to connect to the computer.....it didn't fit! What a disappointment.I'm returning it.*update: the manufacture reached out and proposed to send out the correct cable. I decided to return instead due to the timing of needing a music playing device.

After delivery was delayed twice I finally got it and it won't power on. It doesn't appear that it works at all because when I plugged it in to see if it needs charged there's no indication that it's getting power. Pretty disappointing for my child.

The media could not be loaded. I had originally purchased this for my youngest child but turns out my 7 year old has been using it more than the 4.5 year old. This thing is so easy to set up as it reminds me of my old iPod that I had when I was a teenager. This is bluetooth so they're able to connect either their headphones or earbuds to this MP3 player which is really cool. We were able to transfer some music that I had on some old CDs for them and they've been listening to it almost nonstop. We were also able to connect our Spotify account to this MP3 player but it obviously only works when they're connected to our wifi or even our hot spot wifi. She does have a small purse that this fits inside. On a single charge, this will actually last a very long time too.

Did reach out and offer refundThe player works great with radio but when I use Bluetooth to download YouTube and download videos gets very hot. My other problem is when listening to music from my YouTube if you bump to the headphones plug it will stop playing and if u bump it or play with the jack it will play again or skip songs so it doesn't work for working out or moving around with it in your pockets. I thought was my headphones as they were older but it does the same with the new ones tried my other headphones as but they had no sound with those.

This is for our son who requires parental controls on his devices. This MP3 was configurable and I was able to hide apps I did not want him to access. I like that he doesn't have to go online, but can still access his Spotify account. It was relatively easy to set up and use. I was thankful I could find a device that had everything we needed and nothing that we didn't!

I was so excited to open this up and get it set up for my kids! So far it has been super simple to set up and get their couple of Spotify playlists and audio books downloaded in preparation for some long hours traveling coming up. I'll be needing a second one! Now just to see how well it holds a charge
