Easy to take , just one a day before breakfast easy
Well honestly I'm trying this item and I'm not going to lie but surprisingly I do feel more awake more energy sleeping better, so I'm going to keep taking them and it says can help with ageing well fingers crossed I'm going to look twenty one again lol

Better than the other popular brand out there
I tried these over the other popular brand that is advertised everywhere.They definitely work and taste nice too.They're more of a lozenge than a swallowable tablet like the other brand.I switched to the other brand vivanmn and they taste horrible and didnt seem to do anything so have gone back to these and could not be happier.

Probably fake
I bought this and it is fake. Real NMN and trans Resveratrol are expensive ingredients. I bought this and realised pretty quickly that it tastes just like a hard candy. It’s just filler. I recommend you do some research.
