Excellent product, like working with flexible glass
This is an excellent product.I built an outdoor kitchen which I screened in. When it rained or was windy, water came into the kitchen so I wanted to build windows that were cheaper than store bought and more flexible than glass. I first bought some 6 Mil vinyl sheeting, but found it was opaque and not clear. My wife then found this Marine-grade clear vinyl and it was like working with flexible glass. It comes in a 56” roll and the vinyl is protected by a thin sheet of paper. As I unrolled the vinyl on my table and removed the paper, it was like working with flexible glass. It is thick, so I worried about it snagging or pulling, but with just my regular pocketknife and a utility knife, I was able to pull it out to the right length and easily slice along the edge of my work surface.I used staples to fasten it to my wooden window frames, and then a clear plastic tape to secure the plastic and make it waterproof. The vinyl was easy to stretch into place, but was very tough, resulting in windows that were taught, did not sag or bunch, but were still flexible within the frame. One week later, a heavy rain came to my house, soaking the kitchen from three sides. Yet, inside the kitchen remained bone dry.I think this is an excellent product and would highly recommend. I got the 15 yards in a roll, and still have a good six or seven yards left over. Now, I am just searching for another project to use it on.Oh, did I say that I highly recommend this product.

Fast Shipping, very durable for Porch Windows
This material is very thick, and heavier than the original window film. It stretches easy and is a little troublesome getting the strips all the way down in the grooves. The extra effort is worth it, as I believe this material will hold up better that original windows. Shipping was fast, and film is well protected in box.

Winterizing screened porch
I have an open-air screened porch attached to my home, with French doors into the porch. It gets very cold in the winter in Minnesota and as a result I would have significant heat loss from the doors through the porch. For several years I have covered the porch with plastic during the winter months to save on energy bills, and to have an area for taking off boots, etc. It was unattractive, and noisy when the wind blew. I replaced the plastic with cut, grommeted sheets of vinyl. It is clear, allows the sun in, quiet, looks much better, and is now easy-on/easy-off without the need to staple or nail into the porch wood.
