Yes this can definitely be used for women. Many pregnant women have ordered the product too since its non-stimulant. But of course you should talk to your doctor first if pregnant or nursing.

My understanding is that it is totally caffeine free. This was developed by a type 1 diabetic who did not want any sugar or caffeine in his pre workout supplement. You don't get that weird buzzy feeling compared to other products like Gatorade G4. I own several gyms, I have tried it and I have had all my trainers try it. They all agreed that they liked the product and the fact you didn't get all buzzed up due to sugar and caffeine.
