Pretty and sharp
Great knife and looks like it’s great quality for the wood. I accidentally cut my thumb while washing it for the first time so it’s clearly sharp enough to cut my sourdough bread.

Good Knife - does the job, has a weird smell.
Works really well, definitely does feel a bit flimsy though! Taking off one star because it has such an off putting smell. I ran it through the wash and the smell still lingered, so unsure what that is. Hoping after a few more washes it'll be normal!
