Works with a guitar amplifier if you buy 2 extra pieces, explained here!
Great so far! I bought it for use in a classroom and needed 2 extra pieces that it didn't come with, though.1. I wanted to hook it up to my guitar amplifier, so I had to buy a cord to connect the receiver and the amp - I got this one, a 1/8" to 1/4" cord, to plug the two in to each other. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B073XY3SPN/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=12. I needed to be able to plug the receiver (the box) into the wall outlet. This comes with a power cord that fits into the receiver and then has a USB on the other end. Thus, I used an extra motorola phone charger adapter that I had to plug into the USB end and then to the wall outlet. The receiver came with a couple of cords that I don't need, which probably do cool things with karaoke or something, but I just need this for voice amplification without music or any input besides my voice. I'm not using the receiver with my phone, or tablet, or music of any kind.

If you're using a mixer already, pass on this
It's just ok.No XLR outputs, but I knew this before buying. The built in mixer (which allows aux input or bluetooth) works for what it's supposed to work for.I used it a couple times, but it just doesn't sound right so I went an got a separate mixer. The mics pair up fast. They work fine on volumes that aren't too high. If you have drunk singers or a singer who is too loud, there can be distortion when they're trying to hit the high notes.I got these for my Karaoke set up. I have wired mics too, but just wanted to give people the option to choose. Most people still choose the wired Shure PG58, probably because I have pedals set up with them too.

Perfect Karaoke device
Great pair of Karaoke Mics. I use it for parties, by handing out an iPad (on a stand) and a wireless mic to the Karaoke singer. The iPad sends audio to the K28 via bluetooth, which gets perfectly mixed with the singers mic(s). I then feed the output from the K28 to my stereo system. All said, the technology becomes invisible to my friends - who look at the karaoke words on the iPad and sing into the mic - to entertain the party.

Good purchase.
Wanted to setup something that somewhat resembles a professional karaoke setup in home using my existing audio visual equipment, this got me as close as possible IMO.My home setup consisted of a 42 inch LCD TV with sound bar and wireless subwoofer, an NVIDIA Shield TV loaded with Kodi and a Karaoke Add-on. Was able to connect the K38 that arrived from Amazon to my soundbar and my TV via the Aux cables included, after some tinkering I was able to get voice and music to come out of the Sound Bar for some AWESOME sounding Karaoke. So far we have had a blast and the only real downside so far is that at times the microphone audio or music audio will need some adjusting to get it sounding ok, sometimes voice will be slightly louder than music and vice versa.Recommend this product, but will keep an eye on how this thing holds up over the course of a couple of sessions.

Decent sound and range for the price.
I like the easy hoop-up for 2 mics, I am used to Senheiser and Shure wireless mics. Sound is good, no latency, as long as we talk straight into the middle of the flat surface of the mic. Sound pick-up drops off significantly when the angle is changed, or from the sides, It may be just the pattern. I got compliments from the audience. The range is good for 25 ft, I did not test the max. range, or the battery life. Yes, I would recommend it,it is well worth the price.

Pretty cool for the price, but does not work my 2nd f time trying. Disappointing.
This was cool the first time I used it a couple months ago. Got it for karaoke nights.Tonight we tried to use it again because my little sister wanted to have a girls night and sing... And of course it doesn't work and people are on their way. Now I'm an audio guy, tried different wires and everything and even speakers. Nothing worked. Either the processor or the mics are busted. So 1 star.

Fun for first timers!
Works great!! Like other reviews stated, you do have to hold them close to your mouth but for us, it was just fine. We don’t do karaoke a ton so it good for the occasional use!
