It has been a while since I had the pleasure of trying out the In-Ear Tip Adapter Mount for Plantronics Poly Voyager headsets, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.First and foremost, these adapter mounts fit like a dream. With their snug and secure fit, they provided the perfect foundation for the silicone ear tips, ensuring maximum comfort and stability during extended wear. I appreciated the inclusion of multiple sizes (S/M/L), as it allowed me to find the perfect fit for my ears.But what truly stood out to me was the sound quality. The crystal-clear audio delivered by my Plantronics Poly Voyager headset was further enhanced by these adapter mounts, allowing me to fully immerse myself in my calls and audio playback. Whether I was in a noisy office environment or a crowded café, the sound isolation provided by these mounts ensured that I could focus on what mattered most – the conversation at hand.I also want to highlight the comfort factor. As someone who has struggled with ear irritation from ill-fitting earpieces in the past, I was delighted to find that these adapter mounts caused no discomfort whatsoever. I could wear them for hours on end without experiencing any irritation or fatigue, a testament to their thoughtful design and high-quality construction.Unfortunately, my time with these adapter mounts was cut short when I misplaced my Plantronics Poly Voyager headset somewhere in my office or home. I miss that headset dearly, not just for its exceptional sound quality, but also for the comfort and convenience provided by these adapter mounts.Bottom line, the In-Ear Tip Adapter Mount for Plantronics Poly Voyager headsets exceeded my expectations in every way. From their perfect fit and comfortable wear to their ability to enhance sound quality, they are truly a game-changer for anyone seeking a superior audio experience. While I may have lost my headset, I will always cherish the time I spent with these adapter mounts, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a premium listening solution.

Worked ok. a little bit better than the original.

I had been struggling with this headset as the factory ear bits all fell apart and did not fit well, I tried other after-market ear bits but nothing allowed this to fit better in my ear. But I took a chance on this product and am really happy I did. I used to have to push the headset into my ear often to hear people but now, this actually makes the ear bud fit into my ear, I don't have to hold it and I can hear much better now, I actually had to turn the volume down with this. The ear bud was a bit difficult for me to get on the post and at first I was very skeptical if this would work but, it worked out great. As many other point out, it makes it so the headset doesn't fit perfectly into the cast but, if you fold it so the ear piece is on top, it will still close most of the way and still charges.

They eventually strip out and won’t hold . Each time it only last about one year max . Using it about 4 hours Monday through Friday

Comfortable and easy to install. Expensive! For me, the large one could be a bit bigger so It is not really an improvement over the original equipment

This fits in my ears very comfortable, stays in place doesn't fall out. Works great can hear clearly

These are pretty soft and flexible, and the largest tip did provide a better seal against outside noise - which did in turn improve the sound of the earpiece.That's where any good, or truth in advertising stops.They are NOT easy to install. The tiny, white plastic piece is finicky to hold while applying a lot of pressure to get a tip installed on the end. If you have to change it out, it's even harder as the red plastic piece fits completely flush into the white plastic holder. Darn thing slipped out of my fingers about a dozen times - sending me crawling under the desk to find it.The rubber grommet that slips over the other end is VERY tiny and easy to drop. So if you're very dextrous, it's okay. But if you have any fine-motor control issues or poor eyesight, get someone else to help with this.The worst though is the seller's statement that this fits in the charging case. It absolutely will NOT fit in the case. The fact that they would even put that statement in writing is appalling. The photos clearly show that just the white plastic piece is slightly taller than the largest of the original ear buds. Even fitted with the smallest of the ear buds, you can see it is significantly taller than the original.The largest of these replacement tips is what fits my ear, but as the pictures show, it won't swivel flat to lay in the case since it is too long. This means the case won't close.It WILL charge, but you have to leave the case ajar.If you don't have the charging case, this really isn't an issue for you - and I would give these buds 4 stars (they'd get five stars if they pre-attached the silicone to the plastic peg and made the rubber grommet a bit better).But as I use the case a LOT and need that charging, it makes these replacement ear buds useless. So if you think you're going to fit these into the charging case - do NOT believe their marketing - it is blatantly false.With the pandemic, it's not worth it to go to a UPS store to return them - so you're welcome for my $15. Unfortunately, I just paid that $ to add these bits of plastic to a landfill.
