I have a horrible time finding comfortable pillows. The $200 down pillows are iffy..some just flatten too hard..some seem to kick up my allergies. I have tried ordering the high end hotel pillows, maybe I'm so relaxed or tired traveling they don't bother me..but at home they seem too hard. My kids make fun of me because up to now, literally the only pillows I could use was Holiday Inn Express pillows soft...which would last 6-12 mos before flattening too much. The problem was the quick flattening but also it had become increasingly hard to find a hotel willing to sell them to me. Few would. I ordered pillows on Amazon to try and then pass them onto my husband, guests rooms, extras.. So much so my husband laughs everytime we pass a pillow in a store.."that's all we need..another pillow"So on my quest again, I ordered Queen size Lofe pair with much skepticism. I also ordered 2 goose down from another company on Amazon. The collapsed pillows I had were beginning to cause such neck and shoulder pain, I felt 70, not 50. I try to sleep on my back but usually find myself on my side when I wake. These arrived promptly and before the goose down. Packaged nicely, they are vacuum sealed, pretty ribbon, very nice welted seams...It was nice out of the box. I allowed time to fluff up after opening. First night it was a dream! It is the loftiest loft and with a very nice firm gel like center. If I had read gel center, I never would had ordered thinking it would be too hard. On the contrary, I have not opened to inspect content, but although firm, it sits nicely inside the softest of loft and gives not only support, but (to me) a cooling factor that keeps it extra comfy! I am eager to see how these hold up. I figure a year or two would be great. It has been a week and so far sweet dreams. I have exchanged pillow cases and find I like looser fitting pillow cases on these. I suggest swapping pillow cases sheets to find what's best for you. Tighter fitting keeps a firmer feel..amazing how much!These have been such a success I ordered 6 more for back up. Hope to keep seeing these as I will be telling friends and family. Winner pillows!

Pillows were entirely too soft. Need more fillers.2/28/19 Just received an e-mail from the Seller - they are going to end me via fed ex more filling for my pillows. Their service is outstanding.

When I first opened the vacuum seal bag I thought Oh no too thick. But knowing I could take out some filler I slept on them. Didn't need to. They are great pillows. I keep buying pillows and give them to goodwill. These I will keep. I buy pillows based on reviews and am usually disappointed. I don't do reviews but these deserve my time. Well worth the money.

These are good looking pillows well packaged. They even use a golden color ribbon to make them look like a nice gift. I purchased these pillows because I think it is a brilliant idea to have the removable stuffing so adjustable height of the pillow is possible, which is a very practical feature. The pillows are very soft. I do not usually like fluffy pillows since I will always have to double my pillows to get the comfort I need. However, this pillow, in spite of being soft, I have no problem getting all the support I need at my neck, I think this is because they have more filling than similar pillows, which make them stand out. I am pleasant with my purchase.

UPDATE: 8/28/20 THESE ARE NOT THE SAME PILLOWS AS MY 1ST PURCHASE and I HATE THAT.I bought a second set of these pillows after waiting forever for them to restock, they had been sold out for months. They arrived yesterday, and I slept on them last night. I am very disappointed to say these are nothing like the first set I bought. NOTHING! My neck hurt, and I couldn't fall asleep to save myself. I had to switch back to my old pillows in the middle of the night. The old and the new don't even weigh the same. The softness is not the same at all! I can tell Loff used a different stuffing inside, and it is nothing like the wonderful pillows that I bought from them In 2019. It took me so long to find these pillows, and they completely ruined them! They are light, instead of the heavy, but heavenly softness they were before. They had some substance and weight to them and SO soft. Perfect for my neck. In early 2019 I had fusion and disc removal on my neck and I still have stenosis and other serious neck problems. The older version pillows are the only pillows I can sleep on except for a Casper pillow - just tried it! The softness isn't anywhere near the same as it was because the filling is totally different. I am VERY unhappy and will be returning these ASAP. I won't be buying any pillows from this company again unless they go back to making the pillow I bought originally. When you have a good thing you don't change it, too bad this company hadn't heard of that before they went and destroyed one of the few good pillows out there.FYI: It looks to me that the reviews did not reflect the decision to change the pillow. It was obviously about the cost and making a buck. The new stuffing is cheap and found in many other much cheaper priced pillows. I know this is true because I've bought dozens of cheap as well as expensive pillows while trying to find the "right" one.3/19/19This pillow is perfect, I have looked everywhere for a super soft pillow because of my neck after having disc replacement and fusion. Every pillow I lay on feels like a rock and gives me a humongous neck ache with a migraine on top. Not this pillow it's the softest pillow I've ever felt I want to buy a dozen more in case they stop making them or decide to make them different. Please make these pillows just like you are they are truly fabulous!
