This older “formula” is the one that works for me. It has the menthol on the label. The new one has capsaicin. The new one just gets hot. This one (the old formula) works for my neck and knees almost immediately.Been using this for years. It was recommending by my grandfather years ago. He swore by it. I doubted it until I actually needed. My HS daughter uses it and loves it to. She a senior goalkeeper and will be playing college soccer next year. She said she’ll be taking a supply with her- lol.

The original I think and the best. Works faster and lasts longer. Do not accept substitutes. Works on chest cold also. Just a tiny dab on my chest. And helps when asthma is flaring. Great product. Sometimes hard to find this version. So buy more than one when you can

Use this very often, especially in summer rather than heat packs for lower back pain. Only negative is that if I have a backpack on, the heat does intensify in that area and feels like burning.

This product has worked to relieve some minor back pain I have occasionally - I would recommend it!!
