Excellent Dive Watch Makes for Excellent and Rugged Dependability.
Amazing. I've had the piece for a few weeks now, my first dive watch. Yet, what can be said about Promaster Dives that hasn't been said before? It gleams quite a brilliant yet slightly darker green than whats in the pic (this is mostly indoors, winter) - I can't wait to see this guy shine brilliantly in the spring time outside. Its is a piece that you'll be comfortable washing or even submersing your hands with. The piece came in the dive-tank replica, however had no instruction manual, however a light web search got me one translated and I had the entire thing read in less than 15 minutes. Lume is excellent, and even builds in florescent light, yet fades sort of quickly. Keep in mind, I haven't quite calculated the intensity of lume starting from highest to lowest but just remember to keep your expectations modest. Easy to read and set up. Sealed crown is a breeze to adjust, even wearing gloves. Easy to resize with a cheap toolset, much easier than a Tissot. If you buy this watch, and coordinate it with something green in your wardrobe, most likely people will compliment you, and ask if its a Rolex. You can tell them that its a Japanese Citizen, although the band is labelled as having come from China. Or not. Yet, my presumption is that most of us only really care about the Japanese movement inside. Does part of me wish I went with a Seastar? Kinda, yet to me if you have a dive watch on you're probably going to want to abuse it a little and this price point might allow you to do just that. Take it with you on the boat. Take it skiing. Take it fishing. Doing dishes. Folding Laundry. Looks classy everywhere.

Great Citizen Promaster Diver
Great dive watch, this is my second of this model. As others have said, the dial and bezel are a much darker green than is shown on the website. Even in bright sun, it is much more of a hunter green than an emerald green as shown. Nonetheless, it still looks great. Otherwise, it is a very solid watch, E168 EcoDrive movement is very accurate and long lasting, and the watch is well made. You can't go wrong with a Citizen Promaster diver.

Love the green and nicer than expected.
Beautiful watch! I was on the fence about purchasing a diver watch but I have to admit this quickly became one of my favorites. The green color is different but a nice addition to your collection. The rotating bezel is not just a simple loose dial. It has a positive click that locks in the position. It only rotates counter clockwise.

Good watch, wristband is a little complicated
Be aware of the links. If you adjust them yourself, know that they are pin and collar links. Don't lose the little pieces. The second hand is weird, it ticks every two seconds. Overall it is a nice looking watch, and is comfortable to wear, may feel a bit heavy at first.

Balanced, beautiful, and a little more refined than the other pro master divers
About five years ago, I purchased the navy blue face, blue band pro master divers watch here, on Amazon. I’ve never been more pleased with a watch. Never needed, adjusting, except the date, occasionally, and, tough as nails. It has been superbSoon, I began to think of giving it a rest, and rotating something new in. There was a beautiful, green one identical to it, but, I wanted something a little dressier. This watch fits the bill perfectly. The design is slightly different, maybe a little more refined. The watch hands are slim, and tasteful. The stainless band, gives it a weight that is substantial, and feels good on your wrist once it is warm. The rotating bezel, and the face or what I would call an almost perfect match. There is a tiny bit of blue in this green. It’s not emerald, or Kelly Green. It’s definitely beautiful. I think it helps the watch go with blue jeans, and lots of other things. I’m very proud to wear it, I look forward to the long, service-free life owners of eco-drive watches enjoy. (FYI, the battery in these watches is designed to last for 25 years, charges in a few minutes, then runs for six months.I have a theory, that every watch would last a whole lot longer, if the batteries did not have to be changed. I think the gasket gets damaged, after being sealed up from the factory, and changing the battery ends up being the death of the watch. – Not a problem with Eco drive!Bye with confidence. It’s a beauty.

Very Nice Watch
I liked the fact it was a Citizen Eco Drive and has a screw down crown. I wish it came with a sapphire crystal instead of the mineral crystal. But for the price, you can’t go wrong. The color is actually darker than shown and the face of the watch is slightly darker than the bezel. I like the darker green combination. Here’s an important issue. If you’re planning on resizing the band size yourself; the watch band uses a pin and barrel. When you tap out the pin, look for the micro sized barrel. I would suggest having a while cloth under the watch while working on the watch, in case the barrel falls out.You can search UTube for more info on this subject. It’s not really difficult, but you have to know how it’s done correctly. My suggestion to make this easier, is take it to a watch shop. Less stress and you may not have to order replacement barrels. The watch has a nice feel to it and easy to read. The calendar is a tad small. But it’s a great watch and I would recommend it.

Falling apart
The watch appears aesthetically pleasing, however, a significant issue has arisen. The pins that secure the links on the band are gradually protruding. Despite removing a few links, the pins continue to emerge from both sides of the band.Yesterday, while walking through the grocery store, the watch unexpectedly flew and caused a scratch on the face.I am deeply disappointed with this situation and would like to request either a replacement watch or a refund.
