Assembling it wasn’t as difficult as I expected; it took just over an hour for two people to put it together. The grill is quite heavy, so it might be a bit challenging for one person to assemble it alone. The good news is that the valve part comes pre-assembled, which adds an extra layer of safety.

There are many parts, but the instruction manual includes illustrations, so it’s actually very simple and just requires some patience for assembly. The materials of each component are quite good; the handle is made of stainless steel and has excellent heat insulation, the grill is thick and non-stick, and the charcoal tray can be adjusted in height. It also has four vents to control the temperature. The gas grill is divided into three zones that can be controlled separately, and the side burner has the highest heat output, making it very quick for boiling water or cooking soup ingredients. One stove can replace three stoves, highly recommended!

It's perfect for hosting BBQ parties in the backyard, easily accommodating up to ten people. The three-in-one design caters to various tastes, allowing for charcoal grilling, gas grilling, and even cooking soup or frying on the side stove.

I think I will love having this grill. However…:if you are a person with fat fingers and short patience, this may be a challenge. I worked really slow and looked at the manual many times and I still had a few screws left over and a wing nut that I can not seem to find where it goes. I tried to follow the instructions very closely. I know it’s not true, but I’m just going to assume they packed extra parts 😂. You will need a screwdriver but an electric one will help as well. You might also need a few beers to get the job done. In the end, I think it will work great for me.

We have used this for a few weeks now and we’re so pleased we bought it. The griddle seasons really well and our weekend breakfasts have been phenomenal in our backyard! Cookouts are now even better with more options, griddle or grill. Chef (my husband) has been cooking more often because of how easy this is to clean and move around with the big wheels and the propane tank rack (therefore I am even happier now I don’t need to cook as much)
