worth the money
despite the above review, I can recomend these knives: they are durable, well made and sharp; the larger knife is a broad bladed cook's knife designed for heavier work than the paring knife and so will take more effort to push through dense vegetables and the like. I use these 2 knives for more than 90% of cutting tasks and after 8 years they are still going strongBuy the minosharp ceramin sharpener if you find a steel hard to use and the knives will be scalpel sharp
