so easy to install and set up. I am getting right into this Alexa stuff I'm on my way to converting the whole house to Wifi gadgets. this switch is easy to install (I'm a qualified Electrician )I would never recommend doing this yourself , and so easy to hook up to my Alexa. great price too.

The media could not be loaded.  I have ordered from these guys before and the product worked just fine with no problems. My last batch of five switches I have ordered just did not work. As you can see on the video it is connected correctly the button work for on and off but the lights don't go on at all.

I have a few smart switches (13A sockets) which all work well and are very convenient. My outside light, controlled by a 12-yr old mechanical timer switch gave up the ghost last week and I purchased this Smart light switch to replace it. Delivered in less than 48 hours!Fitting the replacement switch needs consideration - firstly turn off the lighting circuit power at the fuse box/consumer unit - and be sure the supply to this switch is now off. Then carefully detach the front plate, using a screwdriver into the slot provided on the lower edge. Note that the switch requires quite a deep box, so I ordered the spacer plate which is suggested for purchase on the Amazon page. Sadly, this plate is incompatible with the switch, so don't bother getting it! The switch itself needs Live in (red cable) and Live out (to the light). It also needs Neutral in (blue cable) but note that the same blue cable must be carried forward to the light. Luckily, I was able to squeeze the switch into the wall box after carefully positioning the wiring, taking care not to overtighten the fitting screws.The instruction manual for the switch itself suitable only for those with microscopic eyesight - so you may need a magnifying glass. The 'Smart Life' App must be downloaded to operate the switch remotely, and there appears to be precious little instructions available on how to set up programming, etc. It's not quite logical - for instance, adding a timer schedule requires you to set a 'timer on' instruction (including days of the week) which should then be saved. To turn the timer off, you'll need to set up another instruction, to save. Also, note that the timer will not activate the switch until it has gone past the OFF time and cycled back to ON. If you set it up within the Timer ON period then it'll not work. That kept me guessing for a while! I suppose we all need to get used to this 'modern logic' if we are to become 'smart'. Hey ho.Update 1 week later - there appeared to be a 'network error' either with the switch or the Smart Life app. To refresh it, I re-booted the network router - 30 mins later it's back on line again.

This product works perfectly other than the place I want it to, the place I bought it for sited 1 metre from the router it does not work well ,take it into another room works perfect ? Still. Trying to sort problem out ( Can anyone give me an answer) ?

Easy to install and it worked fine for about 5 days after which it just stopped working. It was still connected to the WiFi and the smart app still appeared to be switching the device on and off, however the actual lights were not being switched on. After lots of fiddling about with the wiring I’ve had to return the device for a refund. I will order a replacement but in the meantime we are back to our old twenty five year old manual switch. I really hope these new smart switches last a bit longer than a week!

Setup was easy, the hard part of it was extending the neutral wire from a nearby switch. I installed 4 of these smart switches and made them work with google home. Never had to get up from my bed to turn these switches on or off after that

Got it to work eventually, but on the point of boxing back up for return ! The flashing yellow indicator light cited in instructions never appeared and I had to accept/enter the WiFi code on a key that was greyed out. The Alexa setup was pretty protract too, requiring new skills to be learned by connecting it to Smart Life app. Maybe the instructions were out of step with the build version ? AFTER ONE MONTH OF SERVICE THE DEVICE LOST IT INTERNET CONNECTION AND CAN’T BE RE-CONNECTED. HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.

I purchased the 2 gang and fitted it in my daughters bed to control her night light and reading light and worked fine first time. Followed the steps to add to Alexa then renamed in Alexa and everything works as it should.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem lichtschalter. Das touchfeld reagiert super schnell ohne das ich öfter drauf drücken muss. Ich habe noch eine andere Marke an lichtschalter zuhause wo ich aber am überlegen bin ob ich die nicht alle austausche . Da mir die Funktion besser gefällt bzw auch das Design. Mal sehen . Ich habe den Schalter gekauft um meine normalen Lampen mit der App & über Alexa steuern zu können. Da der Schalter direkt mit deutscher/englischen Installationsanleitung und Installationsschrauben kam war ich in der Lage diesen unverzüglich und ohne Probleme zu installieren. Hierbei ist das einzige Manko das der Schalter deutlich größer als die regulären Unterputzschalter ist und so an einer Stelle installiert werden muss wo sonst keine Steckdosen oder Schalter daneben liegen. Der Schalter sieht mit der Glasförderseite und der dezenten Kontrollleuchte edel und hochwertig aus. Die Einrichtung und Verbindung mit der App und Alexa funktionierte sofort und innerhalb von Minuten. Ich bin insgesamt von diesem Schalter begeistert. Er punktet mit einer einfachen schnellen Installation, einem schicken Design und einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis. Auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung von meiner Seite.

Ich habe den Lichtschalter heute geliefert bekommen und gleich eingebaut. Ich habe schon viele ähnliche Lichtschalter ausprobiert unter anderem auch teurere. Keiner sieht so edel aus wie dieses Modell. Man sieht es auf den Fotos schlecht aber die keilförmigen Applikationen an den Seiten sehen echt klasse aus. Technisch bin ich auch begeistert zum ersten Mal hat es aufs erste mal mit dem anlernen geklappt. Auch ohne den Advanced Modus. Auch mit Alexa klappt alles. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Leider wurde die UP Dose falsch herum gesetzt so das der Schalter nur gedreht reinpasst. Das liegt aber nicht am Schalter und soll nur das Foto erklären.

Habe diese Steckdose mit Alexa genutzt und es funktioniert tadellos.Die Verbindung zu Alexa herzustellen erweist sich als sehr einfach.es sieht sehr schick aus und macht einen Ordentlichen Eindruck.Einzige Problem dass ich einmal hatte ist, als ich es anschließen wollte, wurde mein Neutral Leiter nicht angeschlossen.heißt, ich musste den Deckel der meist in der wand ist (kreisförmig) mit einem Kutter Messer öffnen und den Leiter anschließen.Aber, das Produkt an sich ist absolut top und kann es beruhigt empfehlen.

Ich habe mich für diese Schalter endschieden, Rezension gelesen, und muss ich sagen das war gute Entscheidung.Es sieht mit dem Glas front echt sehr nobel und hochwertig aus.Die Bedienungsanleitung ist auf Deutsch, was die Installation zum Kinderspiel macht.Ich habe keine Probleme mit Installation, Steuerbar mit Alexa, super geil.Die Wifi Lichtschalter ist ihr Preis auf jeden Fahl wert.Auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung von meiner Seite.
