Quality of lens very good , the autofocus is manual and easy to use, the pics i have taken using this lens i'm very pleased with. you have to adjust your cameras settings for best pics. Very good price. Thanks.

Excellent value for the money
I was a bit apprehensive about buying the lens, and then thought it doesn't cost fortune let's try it. I was & still am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the lens - both its construction & the images produced. Granted it's basically a tube with no auto features & you have focus & set the camera to manual, but it works fine. In bright light its good, in low light a bit more of a fiddle to get the right exposure. A few trial shots to check exposure & shutter speed and the results are good. Excellent value for the money.

The best low-end product you can buy
Is it sharp? No. Does it have any automation, any button or anything? No. Does it have stabilisation? No. But with £60 you get that ultra long reach for those times when you need it or those times you feel inspired to photograph wildlife. Worth every penny.

Excellent product does what it says on the box. Although this is a manual focus lens it is easy to use, lightweight and good quality despite the low price.

It's good to go old school photography
This is a manual 400 - 800 zoom lens and for the price seems good quality. The small manual supplied explains what you need to know.I've used it for wildlife photography of birds and I'm very happy with the results.I think use of a tripod or monopod is essential. The reason for four stars not five is because when attaching a Cannon EOS1300D the lens feels secure but it doesn't lock onto the camera.I don't think there is any chance of it coming off by accident but a lock would be nice for peace of mind.Total manual use of the lens is fine it's good going old school.

Does the job
Very difficult to use. You most definitely need a good strong tripod.
