Good but lacks power.
Good for people like me who suffer from tremors. It lacks the power to be useful very much. Very basic home use it's fine.

Hot item!
First lets get the bad out of the way. It did not come with any instructions, no hints on how to install the roll or the solder. I assumed it was supposed to be intuitive so I took off and managed to clog up about a 1/4 of the included roll of solder. As I was trying to unclog I noticed the access panel on the front side of the gun. Why they mentioned the panel on the other side I will never know. When I opened the panel on the front I noticed the small funnel next to the tube running to front. I also noticed the button on the rear. By pushing the button and pushing the solder into the funnel you get no clogs.They could have saved me anguis and time with just one or two sentence’s of instructions.I now can tell you that I think the item is over priced but I would recommend it to my fellow tinkers.In other words I like how it works.

It works, but probably junk
Firstly, this will work as a soldering gun.However, overall it just doesn't seem like a well put together product.Instructions are not part of the package, so good luck figuring out the mounting and such.The housing does get hot, so I don't find this to be safe.Lastly, what is it with the "lasers" in the name and description. It has nothing to do with lasers.
