I've used it a handful of times doing aerobics, cardio, and weigh training. I'm 135+ lbs. and I can wrap it around both above and below my bicep, or around my forearm with the phone facing me works better if you want to easily use your phone. I can't bend my arm in all the way when it's around my forearm but that doesn't bother me.It secures in place without slipping and the red color is hot, I admit. Having two slots where the Velcro arm slips in makes it versatile.Works for me, I'm a sweater and it doesn't smell after my workout!I recommend it. It's not the best in the market I imagine, let's see how long it takes the Velcro to unglue from the strap.Overall It keeps my 4S safe, 98-99% dry because I'm such a sweater, and close to my arm; it doesn't flop around when I run!

The product is definitely not top of the line, but for $2, I am not going to complain. It holds my iPhone while working out, and the touchscreen is accessible while in it. The opening is kind of tight while getting the phone in it, but it's manageable. Again, for $2, not going to be too hard on it. If you just need something to get through the gym, get this.

This holder is exactly the same as one costing 3 times as much. Works just fine. I'm 165# and a runner not a weight lifter and the band could be a bit longer around your arm. 4 and 4s fit fine, just a bit loose but you can press the buttons with no problem.

This fits my arm, with a little room to spare. I'm a 5'7" woman with a 14" bicep. Not sure how that stacks up to the average, but probably will be too small for you with a 16"+ arm. Quality is adequate for the price. Gets the job done when I jog.

I have used this thing while jogging outside for more than three years, and it's held up well. The genuine imitation leather is still in good shape although parts of the cloth have worn. But it hasn't lost any strength, and the window is still clear with no tears.

My sister and I always go running and end up having to hold our phone or put them in our pockets.... but when you do that, they have a tendancey to fall out so I just picke up this item and it does exactly what it is suppose to.. its a little difficult to work your ipod/iphone through the case but i would rather have it be tight and secure. overall, very happy!

I like the feel and fit of this armband and it adjusts nicely. The only problem I have is that the plastic cover is so thick that it is difficult to tap the icons on the phone. But, it is comfortable and stays in place. But ... I am still looking for that "perfect" sports armband for my iPhone 4S.

Sometimes it pinches my arm when I tighten it but I get over it. It holds my phone and doesn't bounce around. I like it.
