This works very well. It has different modes and pulses. I find it easy to use and like that it is rechargeable. It seems to stay on good but I’m just sitting or laying down. No pain unless I have it too high. Works well

I was skeptical but, for the reasonable price, decided to give it a try. I am more than amazed at how well it works. I really like how adjustable it is with multiple modes. The day after I wear it, my abs and arms are sore. It’s easy to use, lightweight and works well. My travel schedule keeps me from the gym as often as I want to go. This is a great alternative.

Pretty disappointed in this overall. I thought these were gonna be belts thaf could be secured around the waist and arms. They are not. They are on flimsy plastic that relieson ghe sticky pads to stay on. I had to go buy sweat bands to put over the arm ones so they wouldn't fall off. I also bought a waist traingly belt to wrap around the ab part to keep it from falling off. I was alsl hoping thjs would fix the ab portion. The ab belt makes some clicking sounds and shocks my fingers when i adjust it but doesn't absolutely nothing to my abdominals. Either the electrodes are faulty or the layer of skin between the electrodes and muscle is too thick. I weight 117 lbs but i have had significant weight loss so i do have quite a bit of skin on my stomache area. But i feel at 117 lbs, it should still be thin enough for this to work. The arm "bands" work as well as a glute stim trainer I ordered.

Device is easy to use and hold a good charge. Able to workout while wearing it without any discomfort. It's helping me get the physical results that I expected. After two weeks of using it, I bought a second one for the wife.

Abs belt works, but sticky pads pretty pitiful.I think the Abs electricity is working, but after one use the belt wont stay on unless you are sitting down or holding in place. That's why you see them selling the 50 pack of gel pads as an addition.I would rate the belt a 3 or 4, but the sticky part/pads and ability to have on and move a 1. It would be better if it had a Velcro strap.

Great product, the muscle stimulation works as described and in each zone targeted, I started on level 5, and have worked up to 6 or 7 depending on the muscle being targeted ( max is 15 ). I'm so glad they included extra sticky pads because they come in handy, could benefit from some velcro cuffs or straps( sold separately ), but otherwise it's really easy to use.

After 4-5 weeks of nearly daily use, I’ve lost a few inches from the waist and toned up/bulked up biceps. I’ve used it through all 8 modes each time for several minutes on each: at the highest level over my belly fat and moderately low setting for the biceps. When the gel pads lost stickiness (and replacement pads are provided) you can extend the life of them by cleaning or carefully peeling them and turning them over. It’s comfortable to use. Sometimes the bicep bands loosen but it’s easy to reattach. I recharge the units about every week and a half. (I have discovered to be careful when changing modes or levels: you can give yourself a mild shock if you inadvertently touch the USB-C port on the bottom of the “hub.”) Hopefully with some longer use, I’ll see more fat burn.

I was questioning the quality of the product before I got, but I love it. My grandson lifts and I finally convinced him to try it. He was shocked at the workout he got without hitting the weights. Great product! Unbelievable performance!
