Customer service is fantastic! I received two emails before my watch arrived, explaining in detail how to pair my watch and my phone and letting me know, if there is any issues at all, that they do returns and will happily replace any dysfunctional watch. Upon receiving the watch I plugged it in as instructed and it was already charged at 97%, it took maybe 5 minutes to charge fully. I had no problems connecting the watch and pairing it with my phone. And they offer many free fun watch wallpaper’s. I wore the watch to work, I only work part time but the watch stayed at full charge through my entire 6 hour shift. And I had no issues with receiving notifications from my phone to my watch. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and functionality of the watch. I have an Apple phone, and I have had an Apple Watch before. I’m not saying Apple Watches are horrible but if you are looking for a quality watch for a reasonable price, this watch will do the job just fine. It looks pretty classy and modern. I like that it’s round shaped, gives off a more glamorous vibe. Felt nice on my wrist too, not too bulky or tight. Doesn’t make my wrist sweaty either. It’s really a great buy in my opinion. Pleased with my purchase ☺️

This is a great little watch so far. It has a good battery life, and it's crisp and clear. It was pretty easy to connect also. There is an app you have to download, but it was pretty self explanatory. There is no way to send text replies, but that's not a deal breaker.

The watch is pretty and comfortable. The app allows the face background to change which is fun. I had some trouble maintaining a sync with an Apple device. I switched the app to my Android phone and had a much better and easier experience. The app is easy to use and the health metrics are very nice. It stays connected to my phone and and me when I need to sync the app to refresh the data which is good because I will forget. Answering calls by the watch is a nice feature and new to me. Overall, I'm very pleased with the watch and enjoying how it looks and me helps with tracking my exercise and health.

I needed a boost and guidance in my fitness journey. The watch is so pretty and love how I can get notifications from just looking at my wrist. It has great futures, from measuring your steps, heart, health, sleeping & many more.it might not be completely accurate but it still a great watch.

I’ve only had my watch for a week but it’s been pretty awesome. My watch band arrived broken but I’m giving them 5 stars because their customer service was awesome and they immediately sent out a band replacement next day. It is Super easy to set up, light weight and looks expensive at an affordable price. I’m super happy with it, love all the extra things it does and that I can answer calls on it!

While it was comfy to wear, looked great and had long lasting power … it stopped working after sparsely using it, less than a month from purchase. No longer would sync to my phone or the app, and the clock would not adjust to the current time. I guess the price really was too good to be true!

I just received my watch yesterday and so far it's great! I love the size and color. Tons of different settings to play with

This watch works to tell tlme. Wish it had the option for 24 hour military time. Also several apps quit synching after a day or so. Works OK for the price.
