Urolithin A Supplement 1500mg, 120 Softgels

I have ordered this before and it was effective. I honestly take one capsule and bc I have a full supplement regimen, I may only take this 3 days a week. I don't like to overkill on the good stuff. While I do have other supplements I may take 4-5 times a week. This gives you a boost including your skin I haven't quite experienced with other things. I have found propolis to have similar effects but this seems more potent & propolis is too sweet or gives me too much energy to metabolize so I can't take propolis each week. This Urolothin A is awesome, I will constine to reorder when I run out

I haven’t noticed much of a difference, yet, but probiotics take time to culture and equalize with other types of bacteria in your digestive system.The capsules are large, but smooth. They are a little difficult to swallow. It would be easier to take two smaller capsules.The packaging is very appealing.I’ll update this review after a few more weeks of using this product.

I have been using since purchasing in October. It continues to be very effective, and I will continue to use it.

What i like was having the energy to want to exercise. I had recently had surgery and lost a lot of muscle and Strength. Now I have more energy and I feel stronger, have more endurance and feel so much better.

Haven't been using this long enough to know the long term effects, but my gut is happier as I use this.

This Urolithin A Supplement with the additional probiotic and prebiotic make this blend an exceptional value at a reasonable cost, I've already reordered another set.

I opened the bottle and had found that every capsule had burst, and all of the liquid had leaked out.No I won't buy this again.
