Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.The wax heater machine arrived damaged, which was a concern from the start. Despite attempting to use it, the machine failed to heat the wax. To make matters worse, I've discovered that I'm unable to return the product, leaving me with a defective item and no recourse.This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the product

At first use it was okay..wax consistency is not thick..the heater broke after 5 6 use

Wax quality is not good, it's the synthetic wax harmful for sensitive skins.
