I love this headset, I work from home and one day of the week go into the office. I bought this for in the office. I love it because the corded ones often inhibited my ability to move around. If I needed to look something up on the far side of my desk the wired headset would either come out of the computer or rip off my head. This headset gives me the freedom to move around and also has never given any feedback or echo like some wireless headsets do. It is a great purchase and I would get another pair if I needed it from this company. I highly recommend.

I love it! I work at home and desperately needed something other than what my work provided me. Before these I used the plug in ones that hurt my head, had horrible sound, broke often, and uncomfortable.THESE are the opposite. They are comfortable and so easy to turn on and get started. I dont get complaints anymore about sound either. They charge fast and last my 9 plus hour shift. Someone said there is no mute….but there is and it’s absolutely easy to use…I use it every time I wear these headsets. Super convenient as it’s a button on the ear part of the headphone.Anyways, great buy! So happy I found these.

It does work. I haven't heard anyone tell me they can't hear me and I don't feel like they bug me so they are comfortable. The reason for the one star is because of the mute button. It doesn't stay on. So if I'm idle for awhile and I get a call somehow, sometime, it turns off without letting me know it's off! When I switch between Teams or Zoom or back to taking calls, or after locking my screen, it turns it off. When after unlocking the computer, I can't turn the mute on, I press the button and it doesn't say turning on not until after I start working again. It's a big inconvenience. I really like them but I'm really considering returning because of this. I've tried many and none of them worked and these are the first that I haven't heard any complaints from but the mute button is a big one for me.UPDATEThey did contact me to attempt troubleshoot which was folly as it wasn't user error but device issue as customer service confirmed it did unmute after 15 minutes. I was going to keep them as it was an issue but I've tried different ones and this one seemed to be better than the rest. There was a sitewide Windows 11 update and directly after the device became useless to me as it was no longer compatible. I couldn't hear and they couldn't hear me. Device has been returned.

Bought this about a week ago to replace my headset for work. It connected to my laptop quickly and effortlessly. Seems to have good range, not that I wonder too far. Battery life seems good too. I have not had an issue yet. Forgot to plug it in over the weekend and it still made it through the day. Drowns out background noise. No one can hear people talking in my home and seems pretty good at helping me hear better with my background noise too.Highly recommended especially for those that work from home. I don't game so can't help there.

There are things I love about the headset. It is lightweight, clear sounding and easy to pair. However the battery life is not as good as stated. I use my headset 40+ hours a week. I do charge every other day. During second day I started getting the low battery warning. Thankfully I had my old warn out set as a backup to finish my shift. Also the microphone sometimes becomes unpaired. I have to check it at the start of every shift. In the future I will probably spend a little more on my headset. If you only use a couple of hours at a time it would probably be ok

I am so so happy with this purchase. The headphones feel like clouds on my ears - so comfortable. And the sound quality is perfect - I can hear everything on zoom and walk around and when I speak, it's also super clear. Great Product. Highly recommend!
