What's the best way to germinate?

I found the best way has been to soak them for 48 hours in room temperature water before planting them in germination compost. Keep the compost moist by keeping in a black binbag to also keep dark until they germinate. Keep them at room temperature. Normally germinate in 2-3 weeks without too much bother.
