A delicious source of brain food!
I got this to supplement my toddler with feeding difficulties, sensory processing issues and mild language delay. Nutritionists and Child Neurologists recommend omega 3 ALA and DHA for brain function and neurological development. Pediatric nutrition shakes don’t provide these necessary omega 3’s. I’m also providing another fish oil based supplement as part of his regimen.I only give half of the suggested serving once daily. It tastes delicious and he digests it well. It has definitely contributed to improved nutrition for him since he has grown and his language is improving.I liked the taste so much I started taking it myself. I started taking a half dose as well and gradually increased dosage to avoid any reflux. So far, I’ve also tolerated it well and the product received has been high quality and fresh.I recommend this if you’re looking for a tasty, substantial source of plant-based omega oils you’ll actually look forward to taking.

Good supplement
I love this brand because it is highly concentrated and has great taste. I give 5 stars to the brand in generalThis particular flavor is a bit too sweet (therefore the 4 stars), but I wanted to give it a try because it has DHA despite being plant based. I think I will stick to the key lime pie for the full DHA- EPA benefits.The Strawberry Banana smoothie flavor is delicious if you are looking for an ALA supplement.

Tastes great and love that it’s vegan
Really impressed with this omega supplement. It’s hard to find plant-based options that taste good, but this one does. I love that it’s vegan and super easy to take. I actually look forward to it every day

If you like to lick dirty fish tanks this is for you
Do not buy. This tastes like an actual fish tank. I haven’t tried mixing it with like yogurt or something. I bought it because I wanted the higher level omegas. I really like the orange one, should have gotten that and Amazon won’t let me return this fish tank in a bottle.
