I luckily came across this one and the reviews are right, this one works and they even have the solar part down pat. It has recharged itself since I've got this and its charging through my grow lamps. It's a self support system for growing plants. Highly recommend Ease of use:So simple a child could set this. I didn't read the instructions because everything is right there and super easy to figure out.Leakage:The t's and watering spikes run smoothly and no leaks at allBattery life:Should last forever with my lamps recharging the solar panel. I've been needing to get one of these for my plants for awhile now, glad I took the plunge. It works very well and my plants are very happy while im gone on trips. My neighbor doesnt have to check on them as often.It was easy to set up once I understood the instructions. So far nothing has been over watered, and the plant babies seem real happy!

Works as advertised! Easy to set up and install on our deck planters, no issues after several months of use so far. Great purchase for when we travel, and for when the days get really HOT and extra water is needed.

I wish I had the option of giving this item NEGATIVE stars! Piece of junk! I spent an entire day hooking up the piping for my plants and connecting it to this irrigation system. All went well and the system worked fine in my manual mode tests. I then set up the clock, timing, frequency, and duration for automated mode that evening. The next morning, the clock was already running over 2 hours late! I assume because of the late clock, no irrigation had taken place yet. I set the clock again to the correct time: 07:37, and switched the device back to automatic irrigation mode. Up to 8 minutes later, the clock was still stuck on 07:37!It is REALLY annoying that all my piping setup is now wasted effort, because I have to return this piece of junk and replace it with another solar irrigation system.Thank you, Amazon, for your wonderful return policy. I will definitely NOT buy anything from this manufacturer again, and I hope Amazon will also no longer carry any product from this seller/manufacturer.

We live in Florida and plants do not live more than a day if they don't get water daily. I try to water the plants but for those weekends that we are not home, this has been a great help. I actually planned to use it for weekends when we are away, but now I am finding myself using it daily, just have to have a container with water and it will water the plants itself. Since it is for 15 plants, I am using in my raised bed for my herbs. I plan to buy a 2nd one for other plants since I wanna give it a try first. At first it seemd a little difficult but the instructions were pretty easy. Best part is that is solar.
