Wonderful 32" TV...excellent value
I bought this TCL 32-inch smart TV for my son, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. He mainly uses it for Xbox gaming, Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, and it handles all of these flawlessly. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant thanks to the full HD and HDR features, and the sound is surprisingly rich with Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual X — much better than expected at this price. The Fire OS 7 system is intuitive and easy to use, so he was streaming and gaming within minutes. The dual-band Wi-Fi connects quickly and reliably, and the bezel-less design gives it a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly in his room.Overall, this TV offers fantastic value for money — great quality, packed with features, and ideal for gaming and streaming. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent value, great picture, great price
I purchased this unit with the intention of using it to display video and presentations in meetings at work. I mounted it on the wall using the supplied VESA fixing points, and it is perfect for the job.The product is very light - I can pick it up with just a finger and thumb - and the full HD picture quality is excellent. For the money this TV would be very difficult to beat, it is a real bargain.Note that, because it is a Fire TV, you have to connect it to an Amazon account or it will whinge at you continuously until you do. You can use external inputs without connecting it to an account, but it is still annoying to have to go through the process skipping and confirming you want to skip every time you turn the screen on. I bought this personally for use at work but I am loath to attach my personal account to the screen and risk the potential of others purchasing on my account. Experience shows that Amazon will allow voice ordering even if you have turned off the various options and Fire TVs have to be handled separately and entered in various places to get full protection. I could sign up for a new account, but I am not sure that I want the amount of email that would, unleash. If I were using it at home, I would not have any problem with attaching my personal account, it is only my unusual usage that makes this a potential issue.Overall, this is a light, sturdy, modern looking television, easy to use, responsive, and perfect for the intended purpose. As a bedroom TV or display it offers great value for money.

Reasonable budget TV, BBC iPlayer and Freely are now supported on the 32SF560-UK 2025 model
Buyer beware! Please read my review if you are considering buying this 2025 model of TV.Update as of22/07/2025. Today an update was released which enabled BBC iPlayer and Freely to work correctly on this TV. Freely seems to work very well with it behaving exactly like regular Freeview TV except over the internet rather than over an aerial. I have upgraded my score from 3/5 to 4/5 to reflect this.I have bought the 32" 2025 model of the TV. 32SF560-UKMy initial impressions were very positive. The TV has a vibrant picture and very responsive user interface. The remote control may need to be pointed directly at the TV to work, but I'm not 100% on that. I currently have it connected via Wi-Fi, and the initial set up was straight forward and fast. The TV needed to go through multiple updates and it also updated the remote control. I do not have an aerial for this TV so I am reliant on Wi-Fi and apps for any entertainment content. The stand for the TV is very sturdy, no complaints. However, I will be mounting it to the wall should I keep this TV.There are two HDMI sockets on the rear of the TV. Be aware that HDMI 2 may be difficult for an external device such as a Fire Stick as the Speaker casing will block it unless you have a small HDMI extension cable. There is a 5V 0.5A USB socket but this seemed sufficient to power an old Fire Stick. I'll get to why I needed to try a Fire Stick shortly. There is an Antenna and a Satellite connection too, along with Headphone socket. An AV socket which is 3.5mm socket, so will likely need an adapter for it to allow Composite input, a Common Interface, and an optical output and Ethernet round up the connections. They appear to be laid out in the same way as the 2024 model.Amazon Prime, Netflix, ITV-X, Four, Five apps all wok well. They have a good picture quality so no complaints there. Screen sharing and casting using Airplay seems to work well. However, the picture quality is not as good as using the actual YouTube app as the picture does suffer from macro block artefacts.Sound is on the weak and rather tinny side, so may be best to pair with a soundbar such as the Sony HT-SF150 which is also in Prime Day sale for £89.99.This is where I come to the issue I have with it. Look at the photos of the box, you can see it says use Freely to access all your programming that you want - specifically BBC - and also the photo of the TV on the box also shows BBC iPlayer. When I attempt to launch BBC iPlayer I get the error message "Sorry, this application is not currently available." I have attempted a factory defaults reset, loaded from Fire Stick backup, from fresh set up. I am not able to run BBC iPlayer, and this was the main reason for purchasing this TV.I have spoken to both Amazon and TCL and the responses were not ideal for me. Amazon suggested either contact TCL for support as its their TV, or return for a refund. The return was not an option for me since I purchased the TV in Prime Day sale using Amazon gift cards and if I returned it the Prime Day sales will have ended and any good price for a TV will be gone. So, I contacted TCL and they said since the software is Amazon's I should speak to Amazon and they cannot help since its a software issue. Far from ideal! It was also suggested check the BBC iPlayer compatibility web page, and the 2025 model of TCL TVs are not on there. This is very likely the problem, and thus the only thing to do is wait for the BBC to check and OK BBC iPlayer for the TCLs 2025 TV range. The 2024 model of this TV (32SF540) is on the compatibility list so I presume that works OK.I tried my old Fire Stick plugged in to HDMI 1 and the power plugged in to the USB socket, and BBC iPlayer works OK but since its an old device the picture quality is not as good or as vibrant as that of the apps running on the actual TV. If they run that is!Finally, yes I know the screen protector the TV came with is still applied, I've not taken it off as of yet as I'm not convinced I will keep the TV due to iPlayer not being able to run on the TV.In summary, its a reasonable budget TV which is massively let down by the fact that despite being advertised on the box, BBC iPlayer is not supported as of yet on the 32SF560-UK 2025 TV.

Excellent picture quality, very easy to set up, superb value
A very nice TV that was super easy to set up using a QR code set up, the picture is sharp with natural colours , it's a really slim TV too and the size is perfect for a bedroom or small living room. The TV stands were easy to attach and the smart TV stands sturdy , the slim design and thin edging around the screen give it a modern stylish look. The in built speakers sound great for a small TV the sound quality is good and the television is certainly loud enough with clear dialogue and music during movies and programmes.I think it was one of the easiest TVs to set up and the menu and navigation is really easy with the apps easy to select and navigate such as Amazon prime and other apps.I have it hooked up to a console too , using the remote control it's easy to select source and HDMI 1 to access console straight away or just leave it on the menu to watch programmes using the apps menu. The TV is superb value compared to other similar televisions , it's a bargain and really good quality, the picture is sharp , colours stand out , it's a slim design, easy to set up, a good quality remote control and decent sound quality.Perfect size for a bedroom or to use with a console on a desk.
