I don't know how to rate these as how do I tell how absorbent they are. They are in my stomach!
I like these as it is so hard to find CoQ 10 in the 400 mg strength. These Softgels are tasteless with no aftertaste and are easy to swallow. My cardiologist told me that since I take Crestor I need to take CoQ 10 as well as fish oil. I take both and am still looking at the green side of the grass so I recon they are woriing.
