These are fantastic! I can’t say enough good things. I need to take a lot of magnesium and packing a few of these in my purse has been so easy. They taste incredible. Wish they were slightly cheaper but they are truly a one-of-a-kind product. Would highly recommend!!

Taste nice but there are hard crystallized pieces in the corners and bottom of the single use container. It didn't work in 6 hours so I took another. Finally the next morning I had some progress. The taste is nice but function sore important.
