Believe it or not it works for mild to medium hearing loss it works very comfortable it uses the Jiuuye app also it is Bluetooth even if you think it is an amplifier instead of a hearing aid the fact that it is Bluetooth and can answer call and play your music all in one it worth the money and for the price it is unbelievable

As a 52yo recently diagnosed with mild/Moderate loss I was shocked by prices. These were an affordable option but the sound quality was horrible the app didn’t work well and the website was blocked for security purposes.It wanted me to do an update but and I tried on both iPhone and iPad. In a desperate attempt to get it to work I tried factory reset and that at least allowed me to move forward.I have bought several cheap earbuds and none has sound quality this bad. It was like listening to a bad radio station with lots of static noise.

When I first got to hearing AIDS, I worked excellent.Setting them up was quite easy.But over time the right hearing aid somehow has lost volume control and no longer works as it did when we first got it

The hearing aids themselves are surprisingly good, considering the price, but the app is abysmal. I have yet to get to the place where I can take the hearing test and adjust them to my needs. It keeps trying to get me to sign up for the premium app at a whopping $14.99 per month. I will keep trying to work my way around this. I will say that the sound is a little light on bass for music but overall not bad.

I wrote a good review earlier, but after trying to successfully use these aids, they are useless for helping hearing or even for use as Bluetooth headsets. Though they were reasonably priced after shipping and import fees, the price doubled, which I would not mind if they worked. Returning is prohibitive, as the return shipping is so expensive.

I have been identified by an audiologist with mild to moderate hearing loss. Prescribed hearing aids were between $2000 and $9000 dollars. I can't do that. OTC hearing aids were between $250 and $1500 - better but having tried some and their apps, I was less than happy. Found these on Amazon for $69 and I thought - that's a dinner out - I can afford that. Wow am I shocked at how good they are.1. Amazon delivered them next day at 4:40 in the morning - how good is that.2. Packaging - more professionally packed with instructions better than my wifes top shelf $3000 hearing aids.3. Setup - easy setup following the app - though I did have to install it twice to get it to work properly - but I had to do that with most apps I tried for hearing anyway.4. Customizaiton - far better than any other app I found - the hearing test actually went through all the different frequencies rather than just 3 custom programs like most have - it was as effective as at the doctors office.5. Fit - at first there was much howling but between the app and fitting new earpieces completely fixed it. Very comfortable with the supplied sizes of earpieces.6. Battery - so far out of the box, I have been wearing them for 3 hours and they still show 70%. App shows it easily - and volume control on the app is very good.7. Bluetooth connectivity - easy to use, although at first if you touch them it disconnects the phone - you have to ensure that touch controls on the earpieces are shut off.8. Quality of sound - I've been listening to my albums and the sound is surprisingly good. For the price - outstanding.9. By the way, I am using iPhone, but they work for Android as well.Overall, I am completely satisfied with this product. It wipes the floor with virtually every other product I have tried or was looking at. Thanks so much to Amazon and to Jiuyee.EDIT AFTER CONTINUED USE - I returned them. Maybe it is just me, but after altering the settings to reduce the howling and background noise (which worked) I found that these hearing aids were producing virtually no sound - it was better and more comfortable without them. I sent them back. Maybe it is just me - but I found they did not work for me. I still think except for that one thing (improving my hearing) it was a really professional product.

HARD TO HEAR

I found them easy to set the best hearing levels using the app, and for each ear. They don't look like hearing aids, more like earbuds. And they're NOT just amplifiers. Also waterproof. Wearable all day.I use the white and light pink, would be great in flesh tones.
