I was looking for options for shop air line when I found this. Reviews were mixed but overall positive so I took a chance and I'm glad I did! This line seems very durable and the mountable termination blocks are a really nice feature. This is performing flawlessly after 18 months of daily use @ 100psi in a production facility. Not as easy as PEX to install as it is quite stiff, but it is manageable and MUCH faster and easier than iron. We haven't tested leakage lately but it held pressure for 24 hours after installing, and we haven't had any noticeable leakage since. Very satisfied with this line.

the aluminum block is not machined to pipe fittings, Air leaks !! works but put a shutoff valve or your compressor . Poor Chinese machining on the aluminum block , or fitting.Hootsum is going to replace the kit, Hootsum did send me a complete kit free of charge.Good place to deal with

I've only started installing this system. I mean I would have done a full installation, but... Some issues will arise.First, their npt fittings can not be tightened.I mean, you can try, but the wrench will bind before fitting is tight.Not knocking more than half star *initially.But they show standard wrenches and even adjustable wrenches tightening their fittings...HOW?I'm literally going to have to go buy a wrench set and grind them down. Just to tighten the input fittings to the point they stop leaking ..I literally have stuck my standard wrench, my adj wrench which they picture, and even a high branded "slim" wrench and fittings are not tight. The wrench binds, but fittings are not tight.I ran a test cell at 90psi with all these options and they leak.If a special wrench is required outside of standard, should be stated. thin wrenches are not standard.I'm going to the local harbor freight and I'm going to buy the cheapest wrench set and grind the 15/16 down to hopefully get the fittings tight enough to not leak. What else are my options? I have cut lengths, and the fittings simply can not be tightened with standard tools.The larger fitting going to the outlet side of my filter unit... same thing. Can't fit a wrench in to tighten fully. Wrench sticks.Yet videos, blahh blahh.Said 4 stars for attention .3 stars for this reason.I'll update after shaving my wrenches.

Worked great. No leaks. Not sure what all the complaints and leaks from threads are about I had no problem.

Installed this kit in my auto repair shop. No instructions with the kit, but anyone with a brain and any mechanical experience wont need any. Cut the pipe with included cutter. Ream the ends with included reamer. Lube with o-rings on the fittings with grease, or brake lube/silglide and lube the compression threads with motor oil or grease.Buy some high quality teflon tape or plumbing thread sealer- the tape included is very low quality.You will likely be running to the hardware store to get some pipe lugs and adapters to fit your needs.

Not one of the 1/2”, 3/4”, or 3/8” fittings are npt. Again the fittings are not NPT, expect a leak. They are straight threads. The fittings will bottom out in the manifolds. Ditch the included garbage translucent teflon tape for Hercules Megatape and pickup a pipe dope like MegaLoc. You’ll also need to find a slim wrench to tighten the fittings.

I like this kit and it was easy to work with, but one of the tees has a hole in it so I cannot complete my project until I receive or purchase another one. I've reported the defective part, so we will see if the seller comes through with a new one for me.EDIT: the seller quickly made it right with me and I'm in business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
