Functional and relatively cheap
Was not pre-programmed to operate Sky+ box so had to do that first then had to program it to operate TV but at this price cannot complain

Does not sync with my TV
Ordered this when original failed to operate on some buttons. Samsung TV QE55 newish (1 year old) TV. Followed all pairing instruction and received the correct number of blinks from device up to and including entering the code (tried both generic Samsung code of 0060 and the product specific code for the model) After pressing standby the TV did not turn off. Neither did it turn off after repeating the TV and standby sequence.So no syncing of TV turnoff or volume control. However all the rest of the controls work so better than the old one, but of course it does not do what it says on the tin.
