How long is the manufactures warranty?

Not long…. Mine broke in the first 7 months and they couldn’t give me a new one…. Save your money and get a Remington shine therapy from Walmart. Love it!!!

A Great Seller - replaced defective dryer for free

Great Seller. My first dryer lasted 3 months. The high/low on-off switch broke, and it would not turn on, it would not “click.” Consumer Services Beauty - Helen Of Troy - replaced my Hot Tools dryer for free. They sent me a UPS return label and I received the new replacement about 2 weeks later.Hopefully this new dryers on-off button will keep working, but if not I will update this review (if Amazon allows it).

A Super Nice Hair Dryer you can count on!!!

I purchased this hair dryer for my wife as a Christmas present. The hair dryer stopped working in less than three months. The switch was frozen and wouldn't turn the dryer on. I read reviews from others that experienced the same problem. This item is obviously defective. I would like my money back without further discussion.(Bifford Fagan)

It’s not a great blow dryer.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this hot tools professional hair dryer in August 2023. It is November 2023 and the dryer no longer works. The off/ high/low switch has jammed or melted inside and I cannot turn the hair dryer on. My husband took a look at it and he said he could possibly take the dryer apart but it really isn’t worth it to me since the dryer is just not that great of a dryer. It never got hot. The air was very warm, but not hot. Anyway, I purchased a completely different dryer to replace it. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I have had the dryer only four months and it no longer works. I will probably never buy another hot tools item.

on/off button faulty after short time

I like this blow dryer and have bought several over the last couple of years. But the most recent only lasted a few months. The on/off button broke. Since I love the dryer, I will buy another. Hoping this was just one in a million as far as not lasting.UPDATE: The same exact thing happened with the next one I ordered. Only last a little over three months.

Broke quickly after bought.

Broke after 10 uses. I only have shoulder length hair, so not so much hair it would put a stain on dryer. It worked well in regards to heat intensity while it worked… When it broke I still had wet hair, so 1 less star for that…
