Very good!
Love the scent and concept! Much easier than having to clean the traditional diffusers. Def recommendChemical /artificial scents can trigger bad headaches for me and I can be really sensitive to smells but I really love this product! You can tell the essential oil is pure quality and good. I really enjoy it and it’s nice that it doubles as a faux plant decor also

It would be worth the money if it would hold a charge
I thought this would be a great solution to providing a fresh scent in a sunroom where we have the cat litter. I liked that it was cuter and quieter than a standard automatic air freshener. Well, like others have said, it does not hold a charge. I moved it to our half bath since it wasn't providing enough scent in the sunroom, and every time I check on it, it is not working no matter how long I charge it. I'm going to try keeping it plugged in and see if it will actually work.

How to install the clickwick oil!
One of the biggest problems I encountered when first opening and trying to put together my new clickwick plant was there was very little information or instructions on how to put the oil into the plant. It just said to install. There were no diagrams pictures videos nothing I had nothing to go by. I kept trying to put it in there, but it was too big to fit into the hole too big. I tried to pull the top off. It wouldn’t come off, so I kept trying to fit in there. It obviously didn’t fit. I read back on some of the other reviews and I saw things that said it was too big to fit in there and they returned it and I thought oh my gosh, I’m gonna have to return it so I put it back in the box a couple days later I was looking around on the site and found some pictures and noticed that yes indeed you do have to take the top off the bottle and then put the bottle in the bottom of the plant so I took the bottle and I started looking at it and I started twisting and the top came off so twist and the top will come off and then you can put the bottle of the oil into your clickwick plant and it will come off and it is wonderful. You will love it. It is the most wonderful thing in the world. I love my plant. It’s beautiful. It’s amazing. It’s fabulous. It’s so many different things. Oh, I just can’t tell you how much I love it but now you know the trick to getting the clickwick oil into the plant so good luck and I hope you enjoy as much as I am.

Love the look but hate the scents
I’ve had these since December 2024. PROS: I do love the look and the fact they don’t need to be plugged into an outlet. They are easy to charge and hold the charges a decent amount of time, and the vial of scent last quite awhile. CONS: The scents are just plain weird. Just a strange mix of smells. Just a weird medical/medicine smell. Simply gross. I’m sticking with the grapefruit scent for now. Hoping the company will add a simple vanilla, cinnamon or pumpkin spice scent eventually.

Not bad for what it is
So it isn't a bad product. It's cute and it does work, I just didn't realize how limited I would be in the scents I could use for it. You can only use Lifeline Clickwicks for this product, and there's only like 4 scents that I found in clickwick form. Lifelines actually has a whole bunch of essential oil blends, but they haven't put all of those into click wick bottles. If they had that option, I might like it better, but the same scents over and over get boring. I got it for my office initially, but I eventually just bought a normal diffuser to make my own blends in, and placed this in my bathroom. It does look good in the bathroom, and I don't mind the limited scent variety in the bathroom because I'm not there as often, and it does help keep the bathroom smelling fresh. Overall, not a bad product, just wish Lifelines would add more to their click wick line.

Love my new Chic diffuser!
I recently got my hands on this plant diffuser, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for my space. Not only does it double as a chic decor piece, but it also fills the room with a light, natural fragrance that isn't overpowering. The design is sleek and minimal, which fits perfectly with my home aesthetic. Plus, it’s super easy to use— the diffuser does all the work. It runs quietly too, so it’s perfect for relaxing or working without distractions. What I love most is the plant-based vibe it gives off. It feels like you're bringing a little piece of nature indoors, and that calming energy has been a real mood booster. If you’re into a fresh, eco-friendly way to refresh your home, this plant diffuser is a must-have!

Smells great, doesn't last
So I bought like 5 of these babies, all different. They're super cute, fit in well with decor and don't look like an ugly black or white thing sitting on your furniture. I also loved that I didn't have to keep flying through batteries since they are rechargeable. Here's the downfall, I've had them for a little over 2 months and now they hardly hold a charge and whenever I try to put a new scent pod in them (yes, I'm using the designated scent ClickWick pods for the product) it won't blow any of the scent out. They used to have this great flow of "smoke" as my kids called it full of scent. Now you can't smell or see anything coming out of it. It's like all the juice was sucked out of it in the first month and now they won't charge to get enough power. They all say they're fully charged after sitting on the charger for a couple hours but none of them seem like they have the strength to push out any scent. Won't be buying anymore, unfortunately. The candle looking ones work great but unfortunately they don't have an auto on/off timer....just an off one.

Customer service amazing
Updated- customer service went above and beyond to fix the issue. Changed to five stars!Buyer beware- item does not charge fully and does not work as described. Seller does not take returns so you are stuck with it even though it doesn’t work. Caution
