I took advantage of the 45 mm giveaway and liked it so much I ordered the 60 mm. It is so comfortable to use, and it has increased my cutting accuracy greatly. The 60 mm blade I received seems not to be as sharp but is easily fixed by switching it out. Other than that, I find this to be the best rotary cutter on the market!

Very comfortable cutting thru several layers of fabric and batting. No cramps or pain.

As a quilter of many years, I have sooo many rotary cutters. I certainly didn't need this one, but I bought it to use with the Grace Truce Cut ruler. The ruler has a ridge down the cutting side and the cutter is designed to sit on that ridge, keeping it lined up with the ruler (the ruler is also available on Amazon; check to out to more clearly understand how this system works). Using the two together makes for a smoother, safer cut with far less chance of your cutter wandering off on it's own. In addition, the cutter can be converted for use with traditional quilting rulers without guiding ridges. The ergonomic design of the cutter makes cutting much easier as you don't need to push down as hard as you do with straight cutters, leaving your arm and hand much less tired after doing a lot of cutting. I highly recommend this product and the True Cut rulers.

It takes a while to get used to because it works a little differently than other rotary cutter, at least using it with the system's ruler. But once you get used to it, it helps with accuracy and cuts well.

Blade was dull and had a nick right out of the packages. Had to push down really hard to cut through just 2 layers.

I have an eye disorder (BVD) and have broken both wrists. This cutter serves several purposes for me:1) When I use the True Cut measuring rulers with this cutter I'm much more confident when I cut. It gives my eyes and my wrist support for my disability. (When I tried cutting with a traditional cutter my blocks were off and "skeewampous", not good for quilting.2) These come in three sizes, perfect for almost any project . Finally,3) You can use these w/o the True Cut special ridge by changing the setup in seconds. Everything you need is in the package.I love when companies consider people with disabilities. BRAVO!
