Great buy
This scooter works just great for what I use it for just going for one job to another. It is a bit under powered on steeper hills but most hill it goes just find in D mode. Glad I purchased it.

Received TWO NONWORKING 5th Wheel V20 e-scooters
FIRST PURCHASE on July 5th 2025. When it arrived, I was excited to charge the battery and test it out. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed the foam packaging was all broken apart (looked like I had received a return). Lifted the scooter and then noticed that the main wire was severely cut. I should've closed and retuned it immediately, but tried to charge the device and it didn't work. Luckily, my purchase was Prime, so I retuned it, but just asked for a replacement.REPLACEMENT ARRIVES July 14th 2025. I opened the box, and this time, everything looked new. I was more excited thinking this one would work. Pulled out, screwed in the handlebars, set it to charge mode, and charged. After the battery light turned green (close to 5 hrs), I unplugged the charger, lifted the handles bars, locked them into position and pressed the power button... nothing... emailed support and they sent me some troubleshooting instructions. After a few days of emails, I was told I would need a new controller. I didn't want to mess with that type of fix, so I contacted Amazon for a full refund.** Thinking about trying my luck with the V30.

My kids love it and it saves me so much money now I don't have to pay for them to ride those lime bikes and it just fast enough that I don't have to worry about them falling off hurting themselves

It's ok, nothing really good about it. Please don't download the app for this product. It doesn't work nor do they care. App will lock your scooter and extremely hard to undo this. Battery life, doable haven't had any issues with that so far.

Safety
My grandson loves this scooter..easy to assemble..just tighten up and go .I only had to slightly adjust the brake to eliminate a squeek... Its a fast little scoot so I suggest if for a young teen to buy a helmet a lock and educate them that cars don't see them.
