Best spade handle replacement
Handle replacement arrived on time and fitted the description on line. Had to shave the shaft to fit the spade head. Not sure how hard the wood is but I will put it to the test once fitted.

Unreliable initial delivery was disappointing.
This is a really nice wooden handle for any one's to buy and nicely finished. The supplier was excellent as there were problems with the delivery which he responded very quickly. A note any buyer they might have to shave a small amount of wood off the end that is fitted to the metal.The whole experience was marred by Evri whole failed to deliver within the period specified. Their excuse was that the house was inaccessible at the time they visited. This was complete fiction, someone was in all day and at no time was the road inaccessible. They did eventually deliver, but by then the supplier had sent a replacement via the post office and they both arrived on the same day.
