I've only used this chair for a couple of days, but here are my first impressions:Comfort: This is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever tried. I can sit in it for many hours without discomfort. It feels majestic.Adjustability: Excellent. Even more expensive chairs don’t offer this many adjustment options.Back support: Amazing. My back will thank me for this in the years to come.Reclining: Great reclining function—smooth and supportive.Price: Fantastic value. It beats chairs that cost twice as much or more (though those might have better warranty terms).Warranty: Just okay, but maybe fair for the price.Assembling: It was easy, no problems..Durability: I’ve only had it for a few days, so it’s too soon to say. But I hope it lasts for several years because it feels perfect for me.I did a bit of research before buying a new chair because I didn’t want to spend too much. Several YouTube reviewers recommended this one, and now I understand why. It really deserves the positive reviews it has received.I can highly recommend this chair for both gaming and office. I usually prefer buying local, but even IKEA couldn’t match this one in terms of price and comfort.If it lasts three years or more with normal and good use, I will definitely buy it again. I’d also recommend it to friends and family. It’s a well-designed, ergonomic chair—especially for the price.

Chair was well packed, with special attention given to the padded seat. Easy to assemble with included allen wrench, although I used a battery drill - screws are long. Chair is very quiet - no squeaks ! Finally got the lumbar support to move up/down - not easy to depress the adj button. Chair is very comfortable, however, the arm rests could use more / softer padding. Will tighten all the screws after I use it for a week or so. overall, good value !

Very excited to receive the chair yesterday. We installed the chair right away during lunchtime, which is limited to an hour and successfully completed without too much trouble, & with time to spare. (The wheels need to be pushed all the way in for proper installation even though it may seem installed after a slight push into the chair legs.) The adjustment of the chair (seat height, armrest height, headrest height, headrest angle, lumbar support height and depth) are relatively simple. The lumbar support height was a bit stiff at the beginning, probably because I push the wrong way. After I got the hang of it, it's also quite easy. The lumbar support is fantastic and really helps!! Due to my sciatic nerve pain issue, on top of the ergonomic features, the seat cushion is one of the critical features. After doing some research on mesh seating, padded mesh seating and cushioned seating, I decided to pay a little extra for the thick 3" seating. I would say the right choice was made. The seat is firm and comfortable. Very happy with the chair. In addition, want to mention the details in the armrest design also, which has a little dip & is made of a firm pad (not just hard plastic) where the arm can rest, which is very nice. The only improvement I can think of is if the armrest angle can be adjusted. While the contour design of the armrest is very comfortable, the angle changes when typing on the keyboard and the detailed contour no longer applies during these times. I thought this can be an easy fix by the designers and thought would mention it. This is definitely not gating when deciding on this chair.Overall, this is a very comfortable chair providing the ergonomic support needed.

I purchased this chair twice, looking for something comfortable to spend long hours in. I work a 12 hour shift overnights, i have chronic back pain, and hoped this chair wouldn't exacerbate my pain. The chair itself is comfortable. I actually like it very much, which is why i bought a second one when the first one broke. One break can easily be a fluke, and when you have the kind of back issues i have and you actually find a comfortable chair, you don't let them go easily. So again, it is definitely comfortable.But both of these chairs suffered significant failures, and both times it wound up with me falling backwards due to the break.The first chair broke about 9 months ago, when it suffered a failure inside the mechanism that locks the chairback into place. A piece of very thick metal inside the mechanism snapped in half somehow as i leaned against the back, which was locked fully upright. It snapped, i went backward. Fortunately no injury occurred beyond a bruised elbow. Once i looked at the bottom, and the broken piece of metal fell out, i also noticed that the steel had been sheared to some degree, both where the bolts connect the seatback, as well as the in the gap between the parts where the chair tilts. You can still sit in it, but it is permanently stuck in the fully leaned back option.The second chair broke at the point where the back of the chair connects to the bottom of the seat. Had it fully reclined (something i do very carefully after the first one broke) layed back on it, felt it give and heard a small crack sound, but wasn't fast enough in sitting upright. The whole thing gave out, the back fully snapping off, and once again i fell on my back, the whole chair being pulled over with me. Again, fortunately, no injury other than some worse than usual back pain.I have combined the two functioning halves of each chair, and in doing so i also found that 2 of the three bolts in the first chair were bent. I will absolutely not be buying another.the images show the completely broken plastic connection point on the second chair and the sheared metal on the first chair.
