Ok compact kit
Good little kit but no instructions regarding advice on how to get the correct length for the tension bands. QR code scanned to show how to do certain exercises. Easy to pack down and good if travelling for a bit of exercise

Love these
This is very useful for people who wants to execise but wants to stay indoors. Lots of workouts you could do beyond just the chart it goes with, Ive been using it for three weeks now and Im loving them.

Be mindful if u r short
Think its great if u a tall have a bit of issues with the resistance as im only 5.2, and i use shortest option .. product well made.

Why
Thought this would feel like a satisfying push/pull for my muscles but it provided absolutely no stimulus for my muscles. It simultaneously feels destabilising, like an elastic pinging my limbs/sockets in all directions. Horrible to work with.
