Love the chocolate ones!

My mistake, but did not realize all the artificial sweeteners and was unable to return.

I have tried many different electrolyte brands. So far, I have tried strawberry and chocolate. Someone in the comments said these strawberry ones are what Strawberry Shortcake would drink. Maybe? If she likes salty with a hint of strawberry? It tasted odd to me. The chocolate one, I boiled some water and made a little hot chocolate as my pre-workout on a cold day. It was very salty. I probably needed to add a little more water but didn't want it watered down. To cut the saltiness, I added a little bit of heavy cream and that helped.. a little. However taste aside, I count calories, so it was pretty nice to have a hot chocolate drink that is 0 calories and no sugar (aside from the heavy cream I added in, maybe 7g worth). Liquid IV's sugar free sticks are 25 cals. So, if you want a 0-calorie salty electrolyte drink, then these are for you. I will keep them and continue trying the other flavors, hopefully I'll find one that's not just SALT with a hint of flavor, more FLAVOR with a hint of salt. Also, the packaging of these stick packs is really unnecessarily large for the amount of powder in each one.Update: I really enjoy the raspberry flavor!
