I ordered 2. They was Iron on. Good price. Shipped fast. Look good. Only issue is the corners on the one didn't iron on that good. Both patches did it and I did top and bottom like you are supposed too. This jacket has over 20 patches big and small and this is the only one that did not iron on as good. But it is a minor issue to me.

I got this as a gift for a warrant officer who is about to pick up W-2. As people may not know, W-1s in the Army are appointed, but W-2 is where you become a Chief Warrant Officer, and they get their commission like other officers do, from Congress.Anyway, I didn't realize how LARGE a 4x10 patch is, which is comically large, but nonetheless, I will insist he wear this for his promotion ceremony which will ensure everyone knows of his new position.Regardless, the patches are high quality, well made. They fit with the current Army coyote color scheme, and the small patch will look great on a backpack or wherever it is felt appropriate to adhere. The hook-and-latch Velcro-style back is solid and comes with an attached mate to the back so it won't snag on anything when given. Good times!

I ordered this to have as replacements for my plate carrier once my patches wear out or as backup. It is good quality - almost as good as agency issued patches. I recommend.
