I’ve been really happy with this light therapy lamp. It’s been especially helpful on gloomy winter days - definitely lifts my mood and gives a nice energy boost. I like that I can adjust both the brightness and the warmth depending on the time of day. It looks great too - simple, modern, and doesn’t take up much space. Super easy to use, and you can tell it’s well made. For the price, I think it’s a great value. Definitely recommend it if you deal with seasonal blues or just need a little extra light during the darker months.

Tried at the suggestion of my therapist. Does indeed remind me of sunshine, but no matter how I tried to acclimate to it, it kept triggering migraines for me. So fellow migraine suffers be weary

I got this lamp to help with sleep issues after reading that warm light, that emulating natural sunlight, helps body naturally get to a sleepy state, and I have been having pretty good success with it. I set the lamp to warm-light about 30 minutes before bed and, even if I am scrolling on my phone, it has helped me fall asleep quicker. Being able to adjust brightness from daylight to warm-light is great to just have it as a regular lamp too. Overall, a big fan of this lamp. It's easy to use, built well, small but bright, and does what it claims to. Only downside is that it doesn't have a remote controller to go with it.

Even though I live in So. Ca., for 2-3 months now, the weather has been overcast, just looking gloomy. It was beginning to affect my mood. I bought this light and have been amazed at the effect! I read in front of it 2-3 times a day for 30 minutes, and it has made a huge difference! It may just be 'psychological', but then, that's the whole point! LOL. I highly recommend it!

I thought I reviewed this but maybe not.I currently live in a temporary apartment that is inside of a warehouse. This means that I have no windows and it is awful. I’m not sure if it’s working for me or if it’s placebo effect, but it’s been helpful for me. I have it at my computer desk. It is NOT a soft light like a yellow light so just be aware of that. I have it on when I’m working since I work from home. I miss having windows so much. Being in a windowless place tricks my brain to thinking it’s night time so this light helps. It’s a good size and it can be very bright.

I had to return the lamp because the manual dados not to look at the light. That’s not something I want to worry about.
