I am now on my 2nd box and have fallen into an easy routine when it comes to taking my vitamins.I love the way it has all the vitamins I need in 6 pills. I was taking many more each day from various bottles and it was becoming a chore to remember to take all of the vitamins I wanted to take. At first, I didn't believe that I was getting all the vitamins I needed in just 6 pills a day. Now I reach for my daily packs and I'm set!Yes my urine is bright yellow, which tells me that I'm taking vitamins and I'm fine with that. At first I would have an upset stomach but now no issues. I guess I would have to stop taking them to know if it's not working but there is no difference between the way I feel now and the way I felt before when I was taking a lot more vitamins a day! I'm still tired though but that has probably more to do with stress and not having a proper sleep schedule. Working on that next.I would recommend and I'll continue purchasing!

I’m 50 & I can see a difference in my skin, hair, nails, energy & more deep sleep. Only issue ist hot flashes increased. But the product works. Skin is brighter & clearer. Hair thickened up some. Nails are growing

The Vita Medic Anti Aging Formula has you take 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills in the evening and are labeled for that. I have seen a significant improvement in my skin and nails.I would highly recommend this product!

the color of the multivitamin (morning package) was darker than before. It used to be of brighter yellow (and now a 'dirty yellow'), and the omega-3 capsule was flattened and stuck on the paper wrap. I wonder if the supplements were kept in a high temperature for a longer period of time? During transportation?

I’ve been taking them for five years I love them
