This item was better than my expectations. The book was an easy read and reference guide on how to properly use the product. I'm glad that I thoroughly read the book prior to opening the bottle so that I could understand, from start to finish, how to start my healing process. It's a commitment on my part to implement the correct process but I'm already noticing a difference in less than a week of use.

Reading through this book I realized that the claims made by the author were suspicious at best. This was a waste of time and money. If it seems too good to be true it probably is.

I’m confused. Why does my bottle have 12% H2O2? Do I triple the amount to get it to 35%?
