Yuck! Made my coffee “creamy” via a gel-like consistency. It’s like the makers of this product raided their grandma’s medicine cabinet for that 10 year old bottle of fiber drink additive... you know the one that wasn’t so water soluble, mixed it with hazelnut flavoring, and chalk. It clings to the cup, spoon, and I’m guessing my intestines too. This sludge may be appealing to the hardcore vegans who lost all sense and memory of the deliciousness of animal based products, but for someone like me who was just looking for a healthier alternative to the higher fat, higher sugar, low or no protein coffee creamers ... well, I’m just going to have to live a shorter less healthy life. Also, the price?!?!
