I was using it for tennis elbow. Wasn't what the Doctor recommended. She gave me a band to wear over my tendons.

Last week my elbow started to really hurt all of the sudden. I wrapped it up with a compression bandage, and after a few hours went on line to see about something that would give me some compression.And this seems to help. I used the guide and ordered on the smaller size, as I wanted the compression. It is very stretchy, but does give a lot of compression, helps with stability, is thin enough to wear under a shirt. Easy to put on.Pack consists if two sleeves and two stretchy bands. I found one of these just below the elbow (with the sleeve) seemed to reduce pain, but today just using the sleeve. Nice to be able to adjust where you want extra compression.Very good product.
