Q: Can I use a plug converter with this (2 pin to 3 pin)?

Yes, there is no earth required. I just rewired the plug into a standard UK one.

Q: does this come with a uk plug? noticed it for £209 stating it comes with uk plug and this one doesn't make it clear.

This one does not come with a UK plug. I made the same mistake.

Q: Can you use these with a tv?

You could plug these directly into the 3.5mm jack, but they will lose most functionality which is provided by the software. Get TV specific speakers for a TV

Q: Do these have crisp detail for gaming? I.e good for footsteps

That depends on what type of games you play and how you position your speakers.
